These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of slingrental.com and all services offered by Private Escape Ventures LLC d/b/a Private Escape Rentals ("Company"). By accessing this site or placing a booking, you agree to these Terms in full.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site or rent Equipment. By using this site, you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.
Company provides short-term rental of adult lifestyle equipment including slings, suspension frames, restraints, and related accessories for delivery within our service area. Services are offered as Full Setup Service or DIY Delivery as described on our website. All rentals are subject to availability.
All bookings are made through our online platform and are subject to acceptance by Company. Payment is due in full at the time of booking. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe. A $300.00 refundable security deposit hold is required for all rentals.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax will be applied where required by law.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled rental date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of the rental date are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the full rental fee. Security deposits are refunded within 3–5 business days following equipment return and inspection.
You are responsible for ensuring adequate space and safe conditions for delivery and use of Equipment. You agree to use Equipment only as intended, to keep Equipment secured during the rental period, and to make Equipment available for pickup at the agreed time. You may not sub-rent, sell, loan, or transfer Equipment to any third party.
You agree not to use Equipment for any unlawful purpose; to permit use by anyone under 18; to modify, damage, or attempt to repair Equipment; or to use Equipment outside the agreed delivery address without prior written consent.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE APPLICABLE RENTAL.
All content on this website is the property of Private Escape Ventures LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without our express written consent.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida. You waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action.
