This Rental Agreement, Liability Waiver, and Release of Claims ("Agreement") governs all rentals by Private Escape Ventures LLC d/b/a Private Escape Rentals ("Company"). By completing a booking and submitting payment, you agree to all terms herein.
You represent that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) all individuals who will use the Equipment are consenting adults aged 18 or older; (c) you have disclosed any physical limitations that may affect safe use; (d) you will use Equipment solely for lawful personal purposes; and (e) you enter into this Agreement voluntarily.
Full Setup Service includes professional delivery, installation, safety orientation, and discreet pickup. DIY Delivery includes sanitized equipment delivery — you assemble, use, and make available for pickup. Company may cancel delivery if conditions are unsafe, without refund. Equipment must be available for pickup at the agreed time.
Rental fees and add-ons are charged at booking. A $300.00 refundable security deposit hold is required and released within 3–5 business days after equipment return and inspection. Damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning may be charged against the deposit. Cancellations more than 72 hours out receive a full refund; within 72 hours, fees are non-refundable.
CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT USE OF THE EQUIPMENT INVOLVES INHERENT RISKS INCLUDING PHYSICAL INJURY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE. CLIENT VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL SUCH RISKS AND ACCEPTS FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM USE OF THE EQUIPMENT.
IN CONSIDERATION OF BEING PERMITTED TO RENT THE EQUIPMENT, CLIENT RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES, AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE PRIVATE ESCAPE VENTURES LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE RENTAL, DELIVERY, SETUP, USE, OR RETURN OF THE EQUIPMENT, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES OR OTHERWISE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Private Escape Ventures LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the Equipment, any breach of this Agreement, injury to third parties, or violation of applicable law.
All Equipment is professionally sanitized between rentals. You agree to return Equipment in the same condition as received. You may not modify, repair, sub-rent, or transfer Equipment. Damage beyond normal wear will be charged against the security deposit.

This Agreement is governed by Florida law. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action participation.
By checking the agreement box at checkout and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this entire Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms. Electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding signature as of the date of booking.
